What counts as a guided session?
A guided session is any visitor session where the shopping assistant is opened and at least one message is exchanged. Passive pageviews are not counted.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my session limit?
You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, the assistant continues working but we'll reach out to discuss an upgrade. We won't cut off your visitors mid-month.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Simple or Plus. Premium may include a one-time onboarding engagement depending on complexity.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing gets you 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% off). Reach out to discuss annual terms.
